we offer various programming for Weight loss , strength training , Hyrox , CrossFit with daily wellness tips.
03.How do I know which programs suits my fitness level?
To find the right programs individual needs to assess their fitness , goals and preferences or they can consult with our trainers assess their fitness levels & recommend them best suitable program.
04.Do I need to gym/equipment to a program?
Generally, most of the programs requires CrossFit box , regular gym .any functional fitness gym which has hyrox & CrossFit equipment , However this depends on the program you choose. For instance:

Weight loss: You might require pair of dumbbells ,skipping rope and yoga mat for home version.

Strength training: you need to go regular gym.

Hyrox & CrossFit: You must have access of CrossFit box ,any functional fitness gym which has hyrox & CrossFit equipment

05.Can I join any program if I'm a beginner?
All of our programs can accommodate beginners, & they have beginner-friendly options. Read Coaches notes & workout guidelines for scale options and gradually progress as your strength and fitness level improve.
